Receive Offer & Complete Assessment

Our admissions team will evaluate your application and conduct a Genuine Student (GS) assessment. Upon successful review, you will receive an official Letter of Offer & Acceptance Agreement.

Secure Your CoE & Apply for Visa

Sign your agreement, pay your initial tuition deposit, and receive your official Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Use your CoE to lodge your Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) application.

The course runs over 104 weeks in total — 88 weeks of training and assessment plus 16 weeks of scheduled holiday breaks.

Not always. Prior completion of a Certificate III or IV in a hospitality discipline is the most common entry route, but relevant industry experience assessed through a pre-training review may also satisfy entry requirements.

You must complete a minimum of 200 hours of supervised work placement in an operational commercial kitchen or hospitality venue. Placement is arranged with the support of the Institute and is a mandatory assessment component.

Yes. SIT50422 is a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework, delivered by a Registered Training Organisation.

Graduates can progress to the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, articulate into a bachelor degree with partner institutions, or move directly into venue and food and beverage management roles.
